About the Position
We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who cares deeply about user experience, animation fluidity, progressive enhancement, and web accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Figma designs into semantic, accessible, and high-performance HTML/CSS and React code
- Optimize web applications for maximum load speed, visual stability, and responsive layout across mobile and desktop devices
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs cleanly and handle async states elegantly
- Participate in daily agile stand-ups, code reviews, and technical refinement sessions
- Contribute to internal layout libraries and design systems documentation
Requirements & Technical Skills
- 3+ years of professional front-end engineering experience using React, Next.js, or similar modern framework
- Deep expertise in vanilla CSS, CSS Grid, Flexbox, responsive design, and CSS variables
- Strong understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) and modern optimizations
- Commitment to semantic HTML structure and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines
- Upper-intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken)
