About the Position
We are looking for a visionary Principal Engineer to serve as a technical beacon, steering our cloud architectures, database design, and pipeline automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technical architectures and database models for high-impact web and mobile solutions
- Establish engineering best practices, coding guidelines, and automated quality assurance standards across teams
- Conduct critical architecture reviews and unblock complex technical challenges faced by squads
- Mentor and guide senior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
- Collaborate directly with client CTOs to align technical systems with their business growth paths
Requirements & Technical Skills
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in an architectural or principal role
- Expertise in multiple backend languages (Node, Python, Go) and complex database modeling (SQL & NoSQL)
- Proven track record architecting highly-available cloud systems on AWS using Terraform or Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern API security protocols
- Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
