About the Position
We are seeking a warm, process-oriented Recruiter to drive our tech hiring processes and support day-to-day HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting pipelines for software engineering, design, and administrative roles
- Source passive engineering talent in Colombia and Latin America using LinkedIn and developer networks
- Screen candidate profiles, conduct HR culture-fit interviews, and coordinate engineering tests
- Coordinate new employee onboarding experiences, hardware setups, and welcome packages
- Support internal culture initiatives, team-building events, and developer happiness checks
Requirements & Technical Skills
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, sourcing and screening software developers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening capabilities
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing platforms
- Highly structured approach to interview tracking and applicant documentation
- Excellent conversational English skills
