About the Position

We are seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Director with deep experience in the software outsourcing industry to expand AppSpring's partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target high-potential mid-market and enterprise B2B prospects
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualifying calls to negotiation and closing
  • Structure proposals, negotiate contractual frameworks (such as Capped T&M), and close agreements
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to align proposed technical scopes with operational capacity
  • Maintain deep relationships with prospective and current clients to drive retention and up-selling

Requirements & Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the software development or tech consulting sector
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas and contract values
  • Superb negotiation, presentation, and contractual structuring abilities
  • Strong understanding of agile software engineering concepts and pricing models
  • Native-level or bilingual English capabilities (both written and spoken)
